I'm on a Samsung 8+.
I have a Health IQ account that is allegedly linked to Go365.
When I press the "Take a Quiz for 2 points" the Go365 app crashes.
I apologize for the delay. Can you take the quiz directly through the Health IQ app? Can you please uninstall the Go365 Mobile app and reinstall the app to make sure you have the most up to date version?
I have already uninstalled and reinstalled….. Didn’t help. Yes, I have figured out another way to get to the quizzes.
As more detail, it is the Health IQ from “Know Your Health – Take a daily health quiz” and the “Reduce Stress – Keep a Sleep Diary” from my “Go 365 Health Assessment” page. I have “S Health, Fitbit, and Health IQ showing as “Connected Devices” Under “App and Device Connections,” but when I go to “Eat Better – Keep a Weekly log food” , it says that S Health is not connected.
Thank you for that information! I apologize for my confusion before, to take the Daily Moment Quiz, please continue to take through the Health IQ app. I can see that it is awarding!
For the sleep activity, you will need to hit 5 or more days of 7+ hours of sleep within the same week to get the 25 Points. The week will run Sunday-Saturday. I can see that the sleep is registering, however, it has not reached 5 or more days within the same week.
Can you provide a screenshot where it says Shealth is not connected?

We are currently investigating an issue where S Health is not syncing data to award accordingly within Go365. This is not impacting all users, however if you are affected, the recommended steps to take are as follows:
1. Try and downgrade to prior Samsung version
2. Wait until the next Samsung update
3. Use a different device to track your data.
