I haven't been able to log in to my account

I have reset my password, tried on the computer and on the app. It keeps telling me the site is undergoing maintenance or a general exception has occurred. I have coworkers with the same insurance effective as of Feb 1st that have had no problem. I would like to be able to start collecting my points but I cant even get logged in. Please help!!!
