I have disconnected and reconnected the device to my Go365 account as well as checked my Fitbit.com account. The steps are showing on Fitbit.com.
I can confirm that your Fitbit steps, and Points, have now updated through 2/19 (with the exception of 2/8 and 2/9). Please ensure that you are frequently syncing your Fitbit tracker with your Fitbit account, as data is not received by Go365 directly from your tracker (that you wear). Even if you have all-day sync turned on with your Fitbit app, you still need to open the app in order from your device to sync.
