My January steps have not synced into the Go365 application

My January steps/workouts are not being synced into the GO365 application from my Fitbit.  They are all showing well in Fitbit but unfortunately not showing up here however it did pickup beginning Feb. 01.  Can you help me with updating all information for January so it can be included for points and levels completed?  Shari
