Lost points and Bucks after login issues

After login issues were resolved, I lost both points and bucks.  It seems as if everything got reset.  I have progress emails showing close to the right points and bucks.  Is there something on my end to get those returned?  If not, is it possible for you to restore the progress lost up to last week's 'reset'?  Thanks
