I got a new phone and I can’t get my new phone to sync with the app.

If you had gotten a new phone, the Go365 Mobile app could have been trying to pull from your old phone. This is usually resolved by uninstalling and reinstalling the Go365 Mobile app and reconnecting Apple Health.
