Whys is my verified activity saying zero when I get 10000 steps a day
Sorry for my confusion. I can see that they are awarding on your Go365 Statement, it can take up to 72 hours after syncing your device for the activity to switch from a 0 and award Points.
Its done it for alot of days but still hasnt changed .
Are you looking on your Statement on the Go365 Mobile app or the website?
Its says 0 on the mobile app dashboard for each day.
Sorry for the delay! There is currently an issue where the Verified Physical Activity is showing as 0 on the Go365 Mobile app Statement. If you log into your Go365 account from your internet browser, you will be able to see your Points awarded through that statement. I apologize for the inconvenience.
