Coverage mess up, login no longer exists

Last week out of no where Go365 started telling me I didn’t have a valid username or password. So I started trying to recover my login info, tried to register my account again, and ultimately found out that I some how lost my work provided insurance for both my wife and I. That was a mistake on humanas part because there was never supposed to be a lapse in coverage and I’ve been paying in to the coverage on my check since our policy changed the first of the year

 

Since last week my work has consulted with our agent and got the issue fixed however we both still cannot login to GO and possibly lost all the points we had saved up
