Did the third week in January just not show up at all for anyone?
I apologize for the concern with your Daily Workouts. Some devices like Fitbit, can only send 7 days worth of data at a time. So if you accidentally wait longer than 7 days to sync your device, it can cause missing data.
We were able to get the steps from January, please allow 24-48 hours for the Points to reflect on your Go365 Statement. Unfortunately, we are not able to go back longer than 60 days for data.
