Fitbit Versa steps not syncing with Go365.  (Fitbit app in my ASUS phone is showing frequent daily updates.)

What to do?  My Fitbit Versa is not syncing in Go365.  Currently reflects last update as 1/31/19.  Two questions:  (1)  How do I correct this? and (2) In an attempt to troubleshoot, I disconnected and reconnected by Fitbit.  Will I loose the data between 1/31 and today (2/27)?
