My verified physical activity has not gave me any credit for over 2 weeks on my mobile app or dashboard or statement why.
I apologize for the confusion with your activities. There is currently an issue where the Points are not showing on the Go365 Statement on your mobile app. If you log into your Go365 account through the internet browser on your phone or a desktop computer, you will be able to see that the activities have been awarded.
I have checked your account and I can confirm that the Points are awarded and added to your Points total.
