    Planet Fitness check-ins not showing up


      My Planet Fitness membership/account was linked to my Go365 account 2/23/19 and verified via phone call with Go365 customer service 2/25/19. Planet Fitness has my Go365 ID number and sends check-in data to Go365 automatically.


      Humana/Go365 said it'd take up to a week but still nothing


      Can you please check to see what's going on?
