Daily moment points have not appeared since 9/11/18 even though points were earned at least 3 times a week since then.  Please advise.  Thanks!

I have recently noticed I have not been awarded my points for the health quiz I take fairly often. My Go365 shows that the HealthIQ quiz is connected to my device.  I even deleted the HealthIQ from the device and reinstalled and still have not received points for the quizzes that I have been taking.  Not sure how to correct this issue.  Thank you.
