I get zero daily activity. No steps are being added to challenge either
It sounds like you don't have a device synced with go365. Try going to Connect your devices! to find yours and get connected. That should take care of the problem. Lemme know if you have any questions.
Hi James! Sorry for the delay! How often do you log into the Go365 Mobile app? Can you please uninstall the Go365 Mobile app, reinstall and reconnect Apple Health? Please be sure to allow all data to be shared.
