I apologize for the concern with your activities. There is a current delay with data flowing to the challenges. Check out Challenge Delay - 3/4/19 for more information.
As for the sleep activity, I can see that we are getting the sleep data. In order for the 25 Points to award for the week, you will need to have at least 5 or more nights of 7+ hours of sleep within the same week. The weeks run Sunday through Saturday. If you look back have you reached more than 5 nights in the same weeks?
Please be sure the activity is set as well, the Sleep Activity will need to be reset every 28 days.
The activity is current. It was started 2/1 so should have covered
February. I restarted it a few days ago when it expired.
I've had 5+ days EVERY week. In fact I've only missed 2 days of 7 hours or
more since 2/1. It was only awarded ONE time, 2/8.
The CHALLENGE is also not reflecting sleep for me, but others are seeing

Sorry for my confusion. Are you able to provide screenshots for the sleep in February? There was only one week where 5 days came through in the same week. I would be happy to take a closer look for you!
For the sleep challenge, I can see that your days of sleep are showing. You will just have to hit 5 or more hours during the challenge time frame.
The challenge requires 8 hours and I haven't hit that every time. The
ACTIVITY should only take 7hours a night. Here are several screen shots,
