still havent recieved points for daily workouts. its been over 30 days, contacted you and am recieving no help
We apologize for the issues you are having with your device connecting to GO365. Unfortunately, we do not see an updated with your device since 1/16/2019. We would advice disconnecting and reconnecting your device to GO365 to reestablish sync between device and application.
i have done that several times
Make sure to allow the device and Go365 to share data with each other.
