Can't connect to any apps or beacon wont even count my steps and it says it's all connected

We would advise disconnecting the devices and apps to Go365 and reconnecting them to establish the correct sync. For the Beacon, we would suggest making sure your gym facility is a Beacon check-in and you can check that with this helpful link! How Do I use the Beacon Check in?
