I have not been receiving my gym points since the beginning of 2019. I regularly visit planet fitness in Middletown - Louisville. I linked this gym to my go365 account like I should but no points are coming through for my check ins. pleask help!
I apologize for the delay. The Fitness Facility Member ID that you originally connected with is incorrect. Can you please change your Fitness Facility Member ID under the Planet Fitness location to your Key Tag number?
Follow the steps in How to Connect to a Participating Fitness Facility to update your information.

Sorry for the delay, did you recently switch locations of the planet fitness? Do you have the number of your key tag or scan card used to connect your account to Go365?
No, I did not switch locations. Same location at 100 Urton Lane, Louisville KY. I have attached a photo of my key tag.

Thanks for getting back to me. I will go ahead and change the member ID to my Key Tag Number. Would this automatically upload the missing points? I will get a print out of my activity log from Planet fitness and scan to you.
