My Humana Vitality points has not been syncing to computer from my device since February 28 and today is March 9 2019?
What do I need to do before I lose all my steps?

No I didn't receive an error sign, it said it read and synced my steps but
it didn't show up on my calendar or daily steps.
It didn't give me anything, but said it did. So I'm loosing steps from Feb
28 until now. But they told me my Humana
pedometer was outdated and would replace it free, which will take 5 to 7
