I have a new Fitbit Alta installed, up and running. Sleep and yesterday's steps are not showing.
Sorry for the delay! It can take up to 24-48 hours for the steps to transfer after you have sync'd your Fitbit device to your Fitbit account. I can see that your data is uploaded to Go365 and our Points are awarded. Please let me know if you have any further questions or concerns!
I have been keeping a sleep log on my Samsung Health since September 1st. I have entered 2 sleep challenges in the beginning of March where I am recognized as 1st place on both, but yet no challenge rewards, no weekly activity rewards.
Sorry for the concern with your activities. There are no Points awarded for completing a challenge or placing in a challenge. The Points will be awarded when the data is first uploaded to the challenge. You will earn 50 Points per challenge up to 100 Points per month.
What weekly activity Points are you not receiving? I would be happy to take a closer look for you!

Also, why does my profile picture keep disappearing every few days?
Sorry for my confusion. The Sleep Activity will award a max of 150 Points per plan year. I can see that you were awarded for the 150 Points.
Are you having an issue with your profile picture on the Go365 Community?
The logs from January 1 til now show no points for sleep.
It will show awarded under "Sleep 7+ Hours Per Night Five or More Days A Week" as 25 Points per week for up to 150 Points. I can see that you were awarded a total of 150 Points.
