My Apple Health app hasn’t been able to sync with the go 365 app since 2/11/19. I have deleted, reinstalled, resynced, and restarted. Is there anything else I can do to try and get this to work again?
I apologize for the delay, I can see that your steps are now uploading to Go365. With Apple Health, you will need to be sure to log into the Go365 Mobile app frequently to avoid missing data.
My Apple Heath hasn’t updated for a month now and I haven’t received any points. I used to never have this issue with FitBit... what’s going on?
Hi! Sorry for the delay. I can see that your steps are uploading and your Points are awarded. It can take up to 24-48 hours after logging into the Go365 Mobile app for the Points to award.
