Hi! I haven't been able to sync my Fitbit since 2/23/19. I can see all my data on my phone and online but I cannot see it on Go365. It seems like a lot of other people have had this problem since February 2019.
Sorry for the concern with your Daily Workouts. I can see that your steps are now updated and your Points will reflect within the next 24-48 hours.
Please be sure that you are syncing your Fitbit tracker to your Fitbit account at least once per week to avoid missing data.
