Never received my items and no longer using go365 through my employer

I purchased several gifts cards in November 2018 and I still have to receive any information on these items. I have screen shots of the dates, times which include confirmation numbers but I cannot get any information or access to these things I purchased. Please let me know how I can get access to these items to use.
