I apologize for the frustration with your Daily Workouts. Which device on your account are you currently using?
If you are using the Apple Health, please try and uninstall the Go365 Mobile app, reinstall and reconnect Apple Health.
If you are using Moves, unfortunately, that is no longer a compatible app with Go365. Moves will no longer be compatible with Go365 as of July 31, 2018
