      I havent been receiving check in points since changing my gym  locations.   I was told I could only receive the check in points at one specific location even if it’s the same gym.  since changing I haven’t seen any points awarded.   This has been a few months now.

          I apologize for the delay. Is your new Youfit listed as a participating fitness facility with Go365? If they are franchised and not corporate facilities, it will not transfer to all. Please let me know if you are able to connect your new location!

              yes, my facility is a participating facility.   I confirmed it with a rep when I called before moving my home location from one site to another.  It is properly listed on the site as the correct location.  I assumed there was a lag from the gym sending info into Humana but I haven't received any points at all and its been months now.
