My Fitbit steps haven’t updated in Go365 since February 20. I have reinstalled the app and sync my fitbit data regularly. Any ideas?
I apologize for the concern with your Daily Workouts. Can you please try disconnecting your Fitbit account from Go365 and reconnect? Please allow all data to be shared as well.
If you connect your Fitbit account to Go365 through Google or Facebook, the data will not be able to be shared. Please be sure you are using your email and password login for Fitbit.
