Authentification code failing

First day of using the new authentication code and it has failed repeatedly. I had about 8 codes sent to try and even tried to use them within the 5 minutes allotted. I use the beacon at the gym and it was my first time back in two weeks. Not only did I not get to log my beacon but I only had 45 minutes to workout and messing with Go365 cost me 15. A few times ago it wouldn't register  my beacon. Why was this made effective on a Saturday.
