The app was updated and it keeps saying it is sending a security code to my email that never comes, how can I log on to my app?

I just did the 2 step verification yesterday and my code was sent immediately to the email address I have on file with Go365. Did you check the email account of the email address you have on file for Go365?
Yes, it’s the same email they said they are sending the code to. I’ve tried three times and still no email. I even checked my spam folder and nothing.
