I have updated my app on my android phone and changed the password twice but still can not log in on my phone?

I apologize for the concern with your Go365 Mobile app. Is this an issue with the new verification process? Can you still log into the Go365 website?
This issue started with the new verification process. I change my password like it asked me to twice (in the Mobile app). It still will not let me in the Mobile app but I can log into the Go365 website.
