the new 2 part authentication means that I am trying to log in again. It gets to the "Confirm you device" screen and I just get the pinwheel of death and the screen never comes up?
What gives are others having this problem?
I apologize for the delay. Are you using the Go365 Mobile app? If so can you please uninstall and reinstall the Go365 Mobile app and try again?

it's actually the web site. I had problems with the app this weekend but got it worked out. This has been frustrating to many employees here. One just decided to delete the app. I am going to talk that person back but this certainly doesn't help.

They told me today that Go365 doesn't like some web browsers and suggested that I use Internet Explorer, seems that they get along. I use Chrome. I switched and low and behold the wheel of death quit spinning and gave me a code and bang I was in. The guy "guessed" that I may be able to go back to Chrome since I verified, but he wasn't positive. I tried (checked the remember this device) but no luck on chrome. So try Internet Explorer. Seems that they can't write program very well.
