The app will not allow me to log in after update. It keeps telling me to reset my password which I did 3 times and now I am locked out. I am able to log in online but just not on the app where I am locked out. I have deleted and downloaded the app. Severa

I have been locked out of the app since the update. It first suggested that I change the password which I did 3 times. I have attempted to delete and redownload the app several times. I am not using fingerprint nor face recognition. I am able to get online and view go365
