I have not receive points since 2/24. This has been an ongoing issue since the very beginning.
Sorry for the delay. I can see that your steps have been updated, please allow 24-48 hours for the Points to award.
Please be sure that you are syncing your Fitbit Tracker to your Fitbit account at least once per week to avoid missing data. Fitbit can only send over the last 7 days of data at a time.
