healthkit not syncing

I recently started using an Apple Watch - series 2 - connected it to my iPhone in January. Today, I noticed the HealthKit app has not synced with Go365 since January - there is no way to disable the app to re-add it. How can I get it working so my steps can be logged accurately again?
