Your app has not been syncing with my Samsung health app since 3/17/19. Also the app keeps giving me an error when trying to use beacon at my gym. I have uninstalled, restarted my phone and reinstalled with both apps a couple of times.

I apologize for the delay. I can see that your beacon check ins are being received. Do you get this error every time you use the beacon check in?
I have not received any step credits since 3/17/19. Also I have tried to use beacon at my gym planet fitness is West Bend WI three different days now and it says I think "general exception has occurred".
