My activity hasn't been giving me points in 8 days. I have my fitness apps connected to go365 and they used to add up automatically and now nothing is connecting. My challenges aren't even adding my sleep or step counts anymore either

I have a fit bit and the samsung health app. On Go365 my daily activity
didnt give me points from 3/12- 3/19. After I had posted this message, my
points for 3/20 had showed, but nothing inbetween. Also my challenges for
steps and sleep counting weren't transfering.
