My steps stopped syncing 3.18 from my Apple Watch. I've deleted and reinstalled the app, powered down my phone...nothing. Apple Health shows up in App & Device connections n the Go365 app. Apple Health shows my steps but the two aren't talking.

I have followed the same routine. Junk...why do I have to work so hard to get the app to work? I have spent a week trying to get it to work. What's the deal? I'm about to rate this app a "1" in the App Store...and that's because I can't give it a "0" stars. I have already lost 100's of points from the app not communicating early on. Now it appears that is happening again? Someone help me with this. It will cost me hundreds of dollars if it isn't fixed soon. And that is not hyperbole.

So what's the story? I have been able to log in to Go365, but still the app has not taken any information from my Apple Watch since 03/18! I continue to log in like I'm always told will fix the problem. Nothing... I have uninstalled/reinstalled, rebooted my iOS/phone... all any number of times like a crazy person that thinks that will fix it. Nothing... I'm down 150-200 points so far. That's real money out of my pocket from my employer. What's the deal? No word from anyone. Is the problem any closer to being fixed? Oh yea, everytime I try and use facial ID, the app gives me the "login failure...try again" idiot message and I have to re-enter the user name and password... EVERYTIME I have to delete the app and reinstall it and then re-enter the user name and password!!! You cannot imagine my frustration level. This is the worst after an update of the app!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
