Steps aren’t syncing

I have an Apple Watch and my steps usually sync automatically. The data from Apple health hasn’t updated since 3/17. I’ve redone loaded the app several times and restarted all devices. Normally I would wait for this to resolve on its own but I’m in two active challenges right now. Help!?
