I recently transitioned from Fitbit to Apple Watch and the Health App, but it has not loaded my points for days. I deleted the Go365 app, redownloaded it and reconnected the Health app, but nothing. Additionally, I was unaware that my iPhone was tracking my steps since long before I got either the Fitbit or the Apple Watch (since the day my health insurance started), and I was wondering if those points can be loaded as well. I l know it can sometimes take time for the points to load, but I’d like confirmation that the app is connected correctly and the points will be loaded eventually. I cannot go back to Fitbit as neither of the Fitbit devices i bought will charge or work correctly.
