compleated the new update and entered 3 challenges without any of my steps showing. My phone and device are showing as connected and still haven’t earned any of my steps or points. Please advise
I apologize for the frustration. Can you please verify that all of your steps are showing on your Fitbit account? Please, disconnect and reconnect your Fitbit account to Go365 to refresh the connection. Please allow all data to be shared when connecting.
I did and it is showing that my fitbit is synced to the Go365 and still not showing steps.
