Why is my GO365 not updating points for activities? I’ve reinstalled the app and resynced Apple health and My Fitness Pal

Please allow 24-48 hours for the connection to reset and let me know if your steps are still not uploading.
I followed the instructions. Still has not counted any activity or steps since 3/20. It did log and athletic event ( I submitted photo of certified race time) but I did not get credit for the steps associated with the run.

App still not recognizing any activities that are recorded by my iWatch and My Fitness Pal. No steps are being calculated for challenge ( which ends today). Nothing has updated since 3/20.
The only addition is an event I logged by submitting photo proof.
When will this be addressed?
Still waiting on a response as to when this will be addressed and corrected.
