When using my beacon to check in at the gym I keep getting a notice that a general exception has occurred. How do I fix this?

This has been happening to my wife and me as well. It's frustrating not getting my points, and also not having check ins count towards my "Continue Being More Active" Activity either.

I commented in another thread, but I'm missing March 28th, 29th, and 30th. My wife was missing March 26th, 29th, and 30th. Based on the update I am waiting for these to be retroactively adjusted once the fix is in. Is that correct?
