Unfortunately, if they are not a participating facility, it will not be able to be connected for Points. To set up a beacon your facility, your facility will need to request a beacon to be sent to them. If they are interested, please have them reach out to us to begin the process.
I apologize for the delay. Is your facility a participating fitness facility with Go365? If so, were you able to connect it to begin earning Points?
They are not, they said they used to do it last year but now they said they
can not keep track of the gym check ins for go365 points through their
system. The only thing they can do is print off records of the times that I
come in to the gym and summit the info to the insurance company myself,
which is very tedious work for me. I already tried to setup a beacon at my
gym twice, but my go365 app never shows any indication that that setup
