I haven’t got verification code

I called you on Monday to tell you I haven’t got verification code so I cannot sign into my account. Obviously you guys haven’t figured it out what I need to do or how you can fix this problem.

I tried to sign in to my account through apps on my iPhone and my compute at home (I used google Chrome and windows edge, also I cleaned all my history and cash and so on. I am using gmail for my email).

Since I cannot get any verification code, I cannot  sign in to my account, I cannot get any point.

Please figure It out ASAP
