Hello, I cannot log into my app. It says it is locked
I apologize for the delay. Are you able to log into the Go365 website or do you receive the same error?
Unfortunately, if your account is showing locked out of the Go365 Mobile app and the Website, you will need a password reset. Please contact Go365 by calling the number on the back of your ID card for password reset assistance. I am unable to assist due to security reasons.
