My steps from my Apple Health app has not synced to my app since 3/21/19 and I am unable to get points and log my steps for competitions. How do I fix this problem?

Go365 is having many issues with their new 2-step verification and is also experiencing a known issue with Apple Health and S-Health data not syncing with Go365. The Mobile Support Team is working with their development counterpart on the fix, but we don’t have any ETA on this as of now.If you are having any technical issues call XXXXXXXXXXX for assistance. This is a backline/direct support to a live person. They may ask you to be at a computer to reset your account. We recommend writing down the name of the person you speak with and the case number if Go365 opens a ticket for you.Basic troubleshooting that may help:Try logging in on the website from a computer if you are having trouble with the app.Try deleting the Go365 app, power off your phone, then reinstall app. Then try logging into the Go365 app.Call the Go365 Backline for all technical assistance if these steps do not help.
