iPhone iOS version 2.02 is not working; ever since my app updated, it hasn't pulled any information and most of the time won't even login. I deleted and reinstalled the app and it didn't help.
We apologize for the issue you are having. Are you able to log into the Go365 website or do you receive the same error?
Unfortunately, if your account is showing locked out of the Go365 Mobile app and the Website, you will need a password reset. If its is just an application issue it is a known issue with our IT department and they are working on it. Please contact Go365 by calling the number on the back of your ID card for password reset assistance. I am unable to assist due to security reasons.
