iPhone App Issues

I have not received any points since March 27.  Deleted app, restarted phone, and reinstalled.  Now I get stuck on the Customizing Your Experience screen for a while then it says it cannot retrieve my information.  If I do get in I cannot connect the 365 app to the Health app.  The app is the latest version on the app store and my iOS version is 12.2.


I received 9 points on March 27 and I should have received 19, received 0 points on March 28 and I should have received 17, and 0 points today so far when I should have 11 plus my 50 points for getting to 100 points in a week.
