Since completing the new 2 step verification process on my IPhone I have not been able to access the Go365 app. I either get a "Login Failed" with the numbers 403042 message, or "username or password is incorrect" message (when it's not), or the app just kicks off on my phone. Is there a known problem within the app right now? I am able to log on my computer through the website but it is NOT as convenient. Thank you in advance.
