Would someone tell me what I need to do as my steps hasn’t loaded since 3/27/19? I noticed others deleted app and reinstalled and reconnected device - I have done this already and still no information updated.
why are my steps not loading since 3/26/19? I have noticed others deleted app and reinstalled it. I have done this and reconnected device a few times. Still no steps are showing - since 3/26. What else do I need to do?
