Not connected since 3/15/19. No points being counted. I’ve tried EVERYTHING including reinstalling app. It’s very frustrating.

Please get me back on again. I’ve  reconnected my device, reinstalled the app, restarted my phone, I’ve done everything that I can think of. I have not had points awarded since 3/15/19.
